Shower pressure reminiscent of a garden sprinkler—thorough cleaning needed!!! Light bulbs out everywhere and hall noise creates an unwelcome wake-up call before dawn!!! Better soundproofing and maintenance would enhance the experience!!!

i almost left a glowing review, but then i remembered the dirty, scuffed walls and rude staff that met me upon check-in. the elevator code was outdated, which is just not something i expect to deal with. i would've thought a luxury suite would offer better amenities, but clearly that’s just too much to ask here.
